Set in the heart of Hvar, just steps away from its main square and the ferry port, Cheap Sleep Marinero! offers air-conditioned dormitory accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Several bars and restaurants surround this authentic 19th-century property renovated in 2010. Hardwood floors and several bunk beds are featured in Marinero's rooms. Some dormitories have a private bathroom. Boat trips to the unspoiled Paklinski Islands are offered daily from the town of Hvar. The hostel is 200 metres from Hvar Ferry Port, which provides links to Split, Italy and the Island of Korčula. Marinero Hostel is 20 km from the historic Stari Grad, where UNESCO protects parts of the hinterland which still preserve ancient Greek partition of land.
