The holiday house is located on the island of Pasman, in the bay Zincena, directly on the beach, and it is available to rent during the spring and summer, till early autumn. The island of Pasman is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island,along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. The island of Pasman has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day. The house is accessible by car to about 250m distance, by the road that leads to the bay of Landjin, where you will then park your car. This is a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving

Summer crowds in larger cities do not seem attractive to you and you would rather spend your vacation in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature and the sea? Then Pašman is the right place for you. Located in the middle of the island. A small fishing village protected by the beautiful islands of Babce, Turnje and Muntan. Walking by the sea, enjoying the wonderful view or visiting one of the local autochthonous Dalmatian taverns are favorite activities in this place. For active people, we recommend a visit to the nearby highest peak of the island, Velika Bokolja, which offers a wonderful view of the Kornati mountains. The sunset from there is amazing. If you want a city break, you can go to Zadar or Biograd, which are located nearby.
