Stone house with four bedrooms and private parking near Rovinj

Property information

Traditional stone holiday house with four double bedrooms, located in Rovinjsko Selo - 7 km from the town of Rovinj and the beach. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped common kitchen with a dining table and a large living room. Internal stairs lead to the 1st and 2st floor of the house, where there are four bedrooms with their own bathrooms, Sat-Tv, air-conditioner and refrigerator. Two rooms also have two extra beds, so the house can accommodate a total of 10 people. All rooms are air conditioned with a separate air conditioner. Guests have at their disposal a common terrace with a grill and garden furniture, and private parking in the yard in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.

Holiday house Mandy is located in Rovinjsko Selo, 4 km from Rovinj and 4 km from the beach. If you want to spend your vacation in a quiet location, but not far from the city centre. In the village there is a market, restaurant, post office, coffee bar and children's playground. Rovinj is a city of rich history, interesting architecture, beautiful natural resources and valuable people, which is definitely worth a visit. Rovinj is also one of the most famous tourist centres of Istria and Croatia, visited by many foreign and domestic guests. Accommodation capacities are diverse, from car camps, private apartments and rooms, through smaller boarding houses to high category hotels.
