In a quiet residential area above the center of Crikvenica lies this spacious and cozy holiday apartment, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The apartment is divided into two separate units, which offers privacy while allowing for shared vacations. The larger unit includes a spacious kitchen with dining area, three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The air-conditioned unit is accessible via a hallway that ensures comfort and air circulation. A large terrace connects this unit to the smaller unit. The smaller unit consists of a living and dining room with kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom and a bathroom. It is accessible via the common entrance and terrace. There are two terraces available outside: a covered terrace with a large dining table, chairs and barbecue, and a sun terrace with a canopy double sun lounger and a single sun lounger. Two parking spaces - one on the property and one in front of the house - ensure convenient arrival and mobility. Additional amenities such as air conditioning, a Senseo coffee machine, a PlayStation 3 as well as a cot and a high chair make the apartment perfect for families.
