It is not easy to find an independent house with a garden in a city, with free parking for 2 cars inside the property, in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the seashore, to the public transportation, to the football stadium and a shipyard. But this small house "Kantrida Home", has it all. It is equipped both for short and long term stays and is suitable for tourists, digital nomads, and other people travelling for work.

Kantrida is a very important and strategic neighourhood of Rijeka, since it is the heart of the main shipyard "3. Maj" and main sport facilities in Rijeka, like the famous football stadium and the swimming pools. The seashore is only 500m downhill from the house. It is very well connected with the center since the bus stop is less tan 100 m far.
