LAVilla is a luxurious, modern villa located in a historic building in the very heart of Osijek. The villa features 12 stylishly designed apartments, studios, and rooms, equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the capital of Slavonia. In addition to accommodation, the villa also offers private parking. Some of our accommodation units overlook the spires of Osijek’s co-cathedral, and we are right in the city center. The main entrance is located on Lorenza Jagera Street, just a few minutes from Osijek’s main square. The promenade along the Drava River is very close to the property, and it’s an easy walk to the pedestrian bridge that leads to the opposite riverbank. Nearby is also the European Avenue, home to some of the finest examples of Osijek’s Art Nouveau architecture. Osijek, the greenest city in Croatia, is famous for its parks, which are within walking distance of the property. Sakuntala Park is nearby, and after about a ten-minute walk, you’ll reach Petar Krešimir IV Park, as well as Drvengrad and the beautiful Tvrđa, Osijek’s historic site.
