Comprised of two floors, Villa IN is suited for 8 guests that will find sufficient space for socializing or enjoying some quiet time with a good book. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and room with an indoor jacuzzi and sauna. The open space layout of the ground floor and plenty of natural light coming from outside makes this area very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, kettle, oven, blender, and Lavazza coffee machine. The dining table can seat 10 people. The living area consists of a comfortable sofa, fireplace, flat screen tv with over 1000 channels. Next to the living room, you will find a billiard table. Also, the shared bathroom and shower are situated in a spa room on the ground floor. On the terrace, you will find a 40 m2 swimming pool, sun chairs, and outside furniture. Next to the pool, there is a big wooden barbecue ideal for preparing tasteful meals for your family or friends. Villa has private parking where up to 6 cars can be parked. No parties allowed.

Villa IN has an excellent location, only a 10-minute drive from Split and a 20-minute drive from the town of Trogir which are great places for a day trip and visiting local restaurants and shops.  The nearest beach is a 10-minute drive away.
