Each studio features modern amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, a personal safe, and heated bathroom floors. GOOD TO KNOW: Sea View: Only Studio 6 offers a sea view. As a small property, we cannot guarantee specific room allocations, and there is no additional charge for the sea view studio. Situated on the top floor (3rd floor), Studio 6 is 45 steps up and offers breathtaking views – please note there is no elevator. City Tax: Dubrovnik city tax is collected upon arrival. Adults: 2.65 EUR per night Youth (ages 12-18): 1.40 EUR per night Children under 12: No charge The city tax can be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or in cash.
