Every piece of furniture, accessory and art was picked and assembled with love and intention to make your vacation the most comfortable and easy breezy as possible. New apartment building, new fresh clean apartments with modern furniture, one minimalistic dark and light and one with bohemian decorations. Both fully equipped, all you need is your clothes and sun cream and you are ready. Your vacation is ready to start with a bang, enjoying a big balcony overlooking the large turquoise sea. Spacious rooms are airy and calm, bringing you to enjoy your holidays on the Croatian coast line, the most beautiful coast line we’ve seen. Our stunning top floor apartment Diamond is situated at the end of a beautiful tourist city Mandre in a second (top) floor of newly built apartment building where it provides a tranquil haven for those looking to escape the hustle of everyday life. New and modern furniture brings the freshnes to the space and it is equipped with all amenities you need to spend your holidays at ease. Apartment altogether consists of three bed rooms, two full bathrooms, fully stocked (with kitchenware) open space kitchen, living space with flat television, dining space and lastly large balcony. With never ending sea views and beachfront location, there is nothing like the feel of the sand in your toes. All rooms are large, spacious and airy - see the pictures.

Hi! I am Tanja. I have a big family, three sons, a husband (who is also my business partner) and a dog, my brother and sister and their kids, we must not forget about the in-laws. So, yes! A big family growing constantly. And I love big families, I love noise, long talks about anything and everything and I want to be noisy about our apartments for rent too!!! So, we all just adore Croatian cost line! It is just the best and the closest to our country of origin. It has unique spots and places from old city centres with beautiful architecture and a beachy vibes to huge Marinas, where you can see the most beautiful yachts you could only imagine. Since we have all spend almost every summer holiday on the beaches of this beautiful Croatian cost line, it was just a matter of time when we were going to invest into a property over here. I love real-estate! Everywhere we went and stayed more than a week, I found a time, to go cruise around looking for my dream spot. Usually that was when the kids were fussy and did not want to sleep in the afternoon, they were a sleep in couple of minutes driving and I had time to explore. In 2021 we found our dream spot in Mandre on Island Pag. At the very edge of the long shore line of populated town of Mandre (fact about Island Pag: there are different and unique beaches all around the island, everywhere you turn form the main road to the sea, there is a beautiful beach just waiting for you to explore) there was a new building with apartments being built between small Olive trees on one side and smaller buildings on the other side and we knew it that is going to be our spot.

Perfect location at the very end of busy and touristy town of Mandre, right on top of a beautiful Mandre beach with white pebble stones, and clean turquoise sea, close to a long bike path to the nearest beaches of Girenica and Mišjak on the one side and beautiful stroll path into the city centre, overlooking the sea. And 10 minutes’ drive to town of Novalja, where popular beach Zrće is located and 20 minutes’ drive to municipal of Island Pag town also called Pag the same as the Island.
