House with apartment offers accommodation for 6+ person.Two bedroom with King size bed. The large living room is large where is more than enough space for 2-3 more person ( in 1 pull out sofa bed+2bed 90-200cm )
A kitchen is equipped with refrigerator and cooking stove where you have all dishes,coffe machine,toster,washingmashin to do Your loundery
New build house- apartment has big bathroom, toilet with the large shower. Second room od above under the roof. Its 33 scuer meter big with bathroom. Here can sleep one couple or 2children. Possible to set up one bed size 90*200m on recuest! So 3person if needed can acommodate here.
Our house is a great choice if you planning to enjoy your holiday with children,(basketball,football,trumpolin,closed to property is our little forest to play too,the pool) and if you like to explore Lika region, visit Plitvice lakes or have a holiday at the Adriatic Sea ( 45 km away ) coming by the car as nights at Gacka Valley are fresh and you dont need to suffer sultriness of the Sea. ( living room has air conditioning/ house is thermal insulated).
We are located near famous Watermills Majer source in the village Sinac not in Ličko Lešće. Booking has not chenged our address. Few times I tryed but they wont write exact our location. So if you come you come to Sinac. We have been renting for few year but moved to GER last 3y we were closed. Now we back to Croatia and open since this year 2023 mai again. At our property you can enjoy Swimming, barbecue, working out at the fitness gym and ride bicikle.
