The house has been fully renovated and built with natural materials such as sandstone and oak wooden floors. It features an open-concept design, and has been equipped with all new furniture and appliances. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, wine fridge, espresso and coffee maker. Floor heating is available in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, and there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms as well as the living room. You can enjoy the wonderful mountain and sea views from your private infinity pool. An outdoor shower provides additional comfort. This is a semi-detached house. The entire property can be accessed by guests except for the garage and the technical storage area under the pool. Some cabinets in the house will be locked. Visit Sumartin on the island of Brač The south side of the eastern coast of Brač hides a small sailors’ village Sumartin. In the village there is a Church and Franciscan monastery of St. Martin after which the place got its name together with a beautiful stone bell tower. Numerous beautiful beaches in the neighbourhood and picturesque coves of Rasotica, Zukovik, Radovnja, Studena, Zvirje and Spilice with the crystal clear sea make Sumartin one of the most popular tourist destinations on the island. Even the most demanding gourmands will be impressed by the fresh fish, home-made olive oil, cheese and wines of Sumartin. There is an everyday car ferry to Makarska from the village. From Makarska you can reach Dubrovnik within 3 to 4 hours (155km). Bol and Brač’s famous beach Zlatni Rat is 25km or 40 minutes away. You can take car ferry from Sumartin to city of Split and visit Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace
