Two sunny apartments in a newly renovated house. In 2024, a new facade, new roof, new windows and doors were built. Two new air conditioners have also been installed in each apartment one in the living room and for bedrooms. Spacy, sunny and very clean apartment with great view and great teraces, only 3 blocks from the beach (150m from beach, 7min of walk) in the quiet part of Crikvenica. Beautiful garden all around the house with parking space for 2 cars. Ideal for families who want peaceful relaxation, or companies who wants fun in the beach or night clubs! :)
