Newly renovated apartment close to the Arena (hall and shopping center) for daily or multi-day vacations. Fully decorated for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Near the apartment there are all necessary amenities: restaurants, cafes, Mc Donalds, Cinestar cinema, shops, pharmacy, public transport ... Free parking. Ideal for couples, business and solo travelers, and families with children. Only 15 minutes drive from the city center. To the airport 20 min. Possible agreement on transportation.
We are both parents, two children, a son of 16 years and a daughter of 18, we are academically educated. We are relatively new to this business, but we enjoy being in touch with people, we love meeting new people and welcoming them to our facilities. We are both employees and we do this job out of hobbies and pleasure because we love the service industry. We like to spend our free time with a good movie, a book, nature, and Neven also do artistic painting from the hobby.
Sports facilities nearby include Hippodrome, Tennis Center, SRC Mladost, Jarun, Arena Sports Hall across the street. Close to the Zagreb Fair and the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall. Shopping Centers: Lidl, Plodine, Kaufland, Konzum, Interspar, Arena Center. Very fast connection to the city center - ZET line. Great connection to the freeway and bypass.
