Be among the first guests at our newly renovated and fully equipped apartments located in a quiet residential area of the city, just a few steps from the sea (300 meter) and nearest beach (500 meter). All our apartments have private terrace, air-conditioned, have hi-speed WiFi, equipped with smart TV. Only one Parking place is available for all the guests of the apartments (the reservation is not possible!). If it's being occupied by the other guests the free parking lot is available nearby (60 meters from the apartment). The Duplex apartment as well as Duplex studio apartment are spread over two levels, with the upper level located in the attic space, featuring partially sloped ceilings. Access to the upper level is via an internal staircase, as shown in the photos. While the stairs are factory produced, safe and functional, they may not be ideal for young children, elderly guests, travellers with large or heavy luggage, or those with mobility concerns. Please consider these factors when making your reservation to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If you are traveling with a child up to 17 years old, please note that the apartment premises and facilities may only be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and solely at their own risk and responsibility. Other things to note: - check-in is from 16.00 (4 pm), check-out is until 10.00 (10 am) (please let us know in advance if you need an early check-in / luggage drop-off / late check-out and we will try to arrange, IF possible); - the pet fee is 20 Euro / pet per stay; - any extra person staying overnight 25 Euro / per night; - calm hours 22.00-8.00. The common areas outside the apartment are being monitored by cameras for security of our guests.

The apartments are situated in the residential area of the historic town of Stari Grad on Hvar Island, right next to Stari Grad Bay. The neighborhood is quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday. The nearest beach, Lanterna, is just a 7-minute walk from the apartments (based on GPS navigation). The town center, with its shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants along the promenade, is about a 5-10 minute walk away.
