A spacious light-filled penthouse apartment with a large terrace overlooking the city and Kvarner Bay. The apartment is on the top floor of the building but only the 2nd floor form the building entrance. Private parking spot is located just in front of the entrance and 2nd parking spot is available per request.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large living room-kitchen area extending to the terrace. It is well equipped with all the kitchen and washing-drying appliances. and underfloor heating.
Penthouse Belvedere City View is situated in a quiet neighborhood just above Rijeka city center. All of the major interest points in the city are 1-2 km away from the apartment and are easily reachable on foot in 15 minutes, except the Trsat castle which is a 15-minute car ride. Or, if you feel more adventurous, there is the famous 539-stairs walk to Trsat from the city center.
