Two bedrooms have a terrace with seating and amaizing views of the sea. All the windows and doors have mosquito nets. There is one AC unit on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Outside consists of parking with natural shade, huge gardens, pool &jacuzzi, lounge, barbecue and seating as well as extra toilet. Gym is in a converted garage and has an AC. There is a trampoline, children swings, badminton net & racket and football nets & ball. Property has about 2500m2 of fenced land.

This is a residential neighbourhood away from the main highway enough so you can't hear any noises, but just a couple of minutes drive can easily and quickly lead you to Split airport, cities of Trogir and Split, as well as each of seven historical villages of Kaštela with all it's beaches, restaurants, bars and markets.
