Rezidencija Bella nalazi se u Stari Gradu, na 500 metara od plaže Banj, te ima bar, terasu i pogled na more. Objekt je udaljen manje od 1 km od hotelske plaže i 11 minuta hoda od plaže Lanterna te ima besplatan WiFi. Iz objekta se pruža pogled na grad. Sve jedinice sadrže klima-uređaj, TV ravnog ekrana s kabelskim programima, hladnjak, električno kuhalo, tuš, sušilo za kosu i ormar.
