House DUJE is located in Zinćena bay, first row to the sea in a private olive grove of 5000 m2 surrounded by dry walls. The first neighbor is 1000 meters away. The house can be reached by car, along a rough improvised road over the hill. These improvised roads that cross the island's hills are rough (gravel/dirt) and can change significantly under the influence of weather conditions eg rain - this can significantly worsen the condition of the road, for this reason these roads are not passable for lowered cars. In front of the house there is a small mooring suitable for renting a boat. The uneven driveway to the house (macadam) is 3.5 km long. A supermarket and a pharmacy are 6 km away by land. The nearest restaurants are about 1.5 km away in the neighboring coves of Soline and Landjin. Electricity is produced using solar panels, 220 V. Running hot/cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. This water is originally tap water, but as it stays in the tank in hot weather, we recommend that it be boiled before drinking or that the accommodation users buy bottled water. Pets are allowed with an extra charge of 10 Eur/day per pet, payment is made upon arrival when handing over the keys. Upon arrival on the island of Pasman, it is necessary to contact the owner in order to arrange the collection of the keys, the owner will accompany the guests to the house.
