Our guesthouse is located in an ancient, heritage street of Radunica, where you can see and feel the history of Split. The neighbourhood is close to some of Split's most popular landmarks, such as Diocletian's Palace, Riva and Peristil. Each studio apartment is a mixture of old (stone) and modern (design) because we wanted to make it as authentic as possible. The dining tables are made of old sewing machines used in Split few decades ago, and for shutters (called Škure in Split), we also managed to keep their original looks. Thick stone walls make the temperature in studio apartments lower than outside during the summer. And vice versa. With shared, secured main entrance, each apartment is private and placed on a different floor and therefore is not accessible with a wheelchair. Each studio offers air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a kitchenette. It is easy to stay connected during your stay as free wifi is offered to our guests. For guests with a vehicle, street parking can be found on the streets nearby, since Sea La Vie Apartments are located in a pedestrian zone of Radunica. Please let us know if you arrive with a car so we can give you directions for the parking.

My brother Josip and I decided to renovate our house and offer a nice, comfy, modern place to stay for all the other people who are interested in Split and exploring "local" in general. So, welcome to Sea La Vie Apartments, your “home away from home”... Sea La Vie Apartments will make your stay both relaxing and enjoyable, but so will we - if you need any local tips or suggestions. Also, we've made a Guidebook with all the important information and recommendations in Split, so you can explore and enjoy Split like the locals do. Josip or Sanja will welcome each guest personally in order to show you around the apartment and answer all your questions. Since the registration to eVisitor is mandatory for all guests in Croatia (by Croatian law) we also take the guest's ID or passport information to register them. We are also on disposal by phone for any local tips or suggestions.

One of the oldest parts of Split, Radunica is famous for it's stone and romantic pedestrian zone right in the the heart of Split. With their authentic, laid-back lifestyle the people of Radunica are very welcoming and helpful to foreign guests. Sea La Vie Apartments are within short walking distance to the Diocletian's Palace or Riva (the main sights in Split). During your visit, be sure to check out one of Split's popular restaurants and caffes inside Diocletian's Palace or visit our green market (one minute walking distance).
