Nalazi se u mirnom četvrti nadaleko od Plitvičkih jezera .Okruženju ga ljepote prirode. U blizini se nalaze brojni restorani od najboljih Plitvička vrela Degenija,supermarket Stanić koji se nalazi 100m udaljen od objekta te marketi restoran Motel, .Najbliži grad Slunj je udaljen 30km .Pogodan je za obiteljski odmor jer ima sve što vam je potrebno .
Zovem se Jelena Hodak vesela i komunikativna osoba koja jedva čekam da sve vas buduće goste primim toplo i srdačno u svoj dom. Veselim se vašem dolasku.😀🤗
