Each villa is decorated in a traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and courtyard. Villa Zita consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. Two rooms have a third bed for two extra people. There is also a cot and high chair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free, wireless internet. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have towels and bed linen. In front of the villa there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and a terrace with garden furniture, outdoor shower and grill. The villa also has parking in front of the house (1 parking space). Pets are allowed. (max 1).
