This spacious penthouse apartment is located on the first Hvar's hill just above the harbour and below the fortress "Spanjola". Staying here will give a unique experience as the place is close to everything, but still far enough from city crowds and noises. Hang out on the private balcony and enjoy the best possible view in Hvar town. Penthouse is located just a few minutes from the historic city core.

The neighborhood is very quiet. In a few minutes, you can reach the main square where all the restaurants, bars and markets are located. Also, the nearest beach is 8-10 minutes walk from the property. The property is centrally situated on the first Hvar's hill below the fortress "Spanjola". The main city area and harbour are just 2-3 minutes away, where 80% of things in Hvar town are located.
