Modern and spacious villa with a great view to the Adriatic sea. Oak trees in front of the villa bring freshnes by creating shadows during sunny and hot days. Fantastic pathway (80m) through a mediteranian garden with olive and fig trees and aromatic plants will guide you to the private sundeck with access to a beautifull pebble beach.
The villa is a three storey house. The upper floor has three bedrooms each with a bathroom. Ground floor has living-dining area, kitchen, niche with sofa-bed, bathroom and outdoor terrace. By opening sliding doors the living room merges with the outdoor terrace. The walkout basement has a large living-dining area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The villa has all rooms and living areas air conditioned. The water is heated by a solar panel.
Available accessories are: free wi-fi, bikes, windsurf boards, gas barbecue.
