"Everything we do starts with our philosophy", which is based on three essential components - peace, uniqueness and family. This house have historical meaning and it is located just in the center of old town Cavtat. Villa Anita characterize the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that guests expected. We want that our guests feel that they just visited the home of a good friend.

Cavtat is a small city, located near Dubrovnik. Cavtat is also historical town with interesting legend.The original city was founded by the Greeks in the 6th century BC under the name of Epidaurus. The surrounding area was inhabited by the Illyrians. Today Cavtat is small city which offer you relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The town changed its name to Epidaurum when it came under Roman rule in 228 BC. Justinian I the Emperor of the Byzantine Empire sent his fleet to Cavtat during the Gothic War and occupied the town. The city was sacked and destroyed by the Avars and Slavs in the 7th century. Refugees from Epidaurum fled to the nearby island, Laus (Ragusa) which over time evolved into the city of Dubrovnik.
