Small village called Nadin is placed just 25 km from Zadar. Far away from big traffic and noise You will enjoy in one of the most ecologic place in Croatia.
The nocturnal sounds of the countryside, waking up with the singing of birds, resting by the pool and walking throughout the landscape will nourish your body and soul.
Exterior of the villa is more than spacious. In large garden with olive trees is placed big swimming pool, trampoline and barbecue.
From the balcony of the house there is a spectacular panoramic view of vineyards and fields.
Interior is divided into three residential units. One residential unit is located on the ground floor, while the remaining two units are upstairs.

Nadin is a place with its 1000 inhabitants located 10 km west of Benkovac. Ancient Nedinum was a Liburnian and Roman settlement believed to date from the 1st century. To this day, the megalithic walls, which historians call the "key of the Ravni Kotar", are preserved. Among the more valuable finds are the monument of the goddess Latre, in Nadin, and the inscriptions kept in the Zadar Archaeological Museum, and some of them are built in houses under the tower. Nadin is a place that has been conquered in history by various conquerors. In 1538, the city was free of fighting, to the Turks, handed over to its commander Sabastijan Sagred, for which he paid his head, and liberated him by trickery of the Kvarner Warriors one night when several thousand goats from Bukovica were knocked over by the Nadine field. Everything was hooked to the horn by the burning candle, hitting the bowls and the drums, kicking the skins toward the city.
