Brand new luxury apartments situated near the centre of Opatija in the old romantic fisherman place Volosko , just 50m from the sea in a new modern Villa Dinka. Near beaches and fine restaurants, all within walking range distances. Opatija, The Pearl of Adriatic will be on the palm of your hand.
Volosko, the beginning of the famous Lungo Mare promenade , where the house Villa Dinka is, was once a small fishing village of old built houses with two lighthouses and was first mentioned in 1543. year, but history says that is far older. Today Volosko is known as "the place of surfers" because the sea is perfect for surfing and sailing. Wind, known as the Tramontana blows almost every morning and is ideal for these sports.
In this old part, which is only a kilometer away from the world famous city of Opatija, house Villa Dinka is placed with a beautiful view of Kvarner.
Villa Dinka was built in 2006.
Our apartments have a beautiful view of the sea and Volosko.
All apartments have a separate entrance in the mediterranean style, and for all guests parking is assured.
Next to the building there is a swimming pool
No one knows so much bad things about us as we ourselves and despite that , no one thinks as good about us as we do.
