Villa Ella

We have been spending every summer in Sevid for 40 years. Villa Ella is both old and new. The space offered for rent is newly built, modernly decorated and is used for these purposes only in the summer months. We will try to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. If you have any questions that are not listed here, please feel free to ask either by message or in person. Every guest is special and that is why we want you to experience Sevid as we remember it. On the western side of the peninsula, you can still find peace and harmony with the surroundings.

Villa Ella is a beautiful house on the beach, on an exceptional part of the Croatian coast. Facing the open sea, the house offers unbelievable sunsets, incredible views and always fresh air from the sea. As villa is located on the first line to the sea, the beach is in front of the building and you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing there. We have umbrellas, sunbeds, one kayak and two paddle boards. We offer you six separate units as fully equipped apartments within the building. Each of the six listed apartments are air-conditioned and has three rooms: bedroom, living area and bathroom + exit to the balcony/terrace from where you have a view of the sea. All apartments have a room with one bed for two, and a sofa bed in the living room. Unit capacity is for a maximum of 2 people, expandable for one child if necessary. This property also contains one shared heated pool in front of the building, that is available for use to all apartments in this building. The pool is small and can be used by a maximum of 2 people at a time. There is a shower with fresh water in the garden, so you can wash off the sea salt before entering the pool. There are certain house rules, and the owner will communicate them to you before letting you into any unit. The guest is expected to follow these rules. 1. Grouping in apartments is not allowed 2. Intentional drinking in apartments and around the house is not allowed 3. Smoking is not allowed inside the units and around the pool 4. Parties inside any unit are not allowed 5. Entering the house wet from the sea or pool, or with wet slippers, is not allowed 6. Excessive spilling of water around the pool is not acceptable 7. Children should use the pool with adult supervision 8. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00 Keep in mind that there is a separate section on the ground floor of a property, with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used when needed. Sevid is a jewel in the blue Adriatic, right in the heart of Dalmatia. Nearly an island, y-shaped peninsula combined with pebbles and picturesque rocks, offers beaches all around. Facing the open sea, Sevid na moru is settled on an exceptional part of the Croatian coast.
