Villa Flavia is the perfect choice for your visit to Novalja, on the island of Pag, famous for its beaches, clear sea, and nightlife. The location of the Villa is perfect as it offers its guests privacy but it is close to the beach -500m and Novalja center and Zrce. Villa is a perfect blend - a modern villa with rustic elements. The right combination for the perfect stay. The villa is 180m2 big and offers parking spaces for two cars. The villa consists of two floors. The ground floor is an open space. Fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room overlooking the pool area. The highlight of the property is the heated pool and loungers surrounded by a garden. There is also an outdoor kitchenette and BBQ where you can enjoy yourself with your friends and family. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed and two equipped with two single beds, and three bathrooms.
