The beautiful Villa Golubica is located in a quiet family village Sukošan. The villa is ideal for families with children. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a completely equipped kitchen. A large swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas are a guarantee of a relaxing vacation. On the plot of 1100 square meters there are also 4 parking spaces, a trampoline, a basket for basketball and much more.
We are private renters, and our whole family takes care of the house. My name is Ante and I will most often welcome you. I speak English and German very well, so I hope we can get along well. My family lives nearby, so you can always contact us if you need any help. We can organize a transfer, boat trip, bicycle rental and much more for you. See you :)
Sukošan is a small tourist town located between Zadar and Biograd na Moru. Sukošan is full of cultural sights, beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a large football field, a trim track, markets, restaurants, etc. The airport is only 10 kilometers away. The city of Zadar is a 10-minute drive from our house.
