Villa Elaia, with private parking, is located in the center of Sukošan, 200 meters from the sea and has free WiFi, air conditioning in every room, a summer kitchen with an indoor grill with an exit and a view of the pool.
The newly renovated villa includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms and media content, bed linen and towels for each guest, and access to a private terrace from two rooms.
Two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas, two additional toilets, a laundry room containing a washing machine and dryer.
The summer kitchen with dining area provides direct access to the outdoor heated pool and the fully fenced garden.
At the guest's request two cots and a baby feeder can be provided.
The entrance to the yard is shared with the owner.
