Located in the village of Kraj on the island of Pašman, Villa Jardin is designed to accommodate larger groups of up to 18 people. The spacious 480 m² of interior space is divided into the main house and several separate units, each bedroom with its own bathroom and maximum privacy. Decorated with an emphasis on comfort, but also functionality, the villa offers everything you need for a holiday for a large family or a large group of friends, in complete privacy and right next to the sea. The central area of the main house brings together a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a dining room with a table for 18 people. Rustic details such as stone walls and vaults create a warm ambiance, while modern appliances – including an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and wine cooler - guarantee everything you need to prepare meals. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, stereo speakers a comfortable seating area. 9 air-conditioned bedrooms are spread across all floors of the property. Each room has a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower cabin (or bathtub), double sink, hairdryer and basic toiletries. Some rooms are additionally equipped with sofas, desks and exits to the balcony. There is also a washing machine and dryer, an iron and a drying rack. In the fenced and carefully landscaped garden there is a swimming pool with whirlpool (26 m²) with deck chairs, a lounge area and a barbecue corner with a summer kitchen. In addition to a charcoal barbecue, there is also an electric barbecue with accessories. On several terraces and garden tables, you can dine outdoors with a view of the sea. Additional entertainment is provided by billiards and table football, while parking is provided within the property for up to 5 vehicles.

Villa Jardin is located just a few minutes' walk from the first beaches, restaurants and shops. The island of Pašman is well connected by ferry lines, so we recommend trips to nearby Biograd na Moru or Zadar. Both cities offer a rich cultural program, shopping and excellent gastronomy, while a stay at Villa Jardin guarantees tranquility and comfort with the sound of the waves and the scents of Mediterranean herbs.
