Villa Jasminka is a newly built holiday home located in Kastelir, approx. 12 km from Porec and 8 km from the sea. Near the house there is a shop, restaurant, pizzeria, ATM and other facilities. It is located on its own fenced plot of 950m2 with a landscaped lawn,surrounded by olive trees. House was built in 2023. and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. In the outdoor area, guests have their own swimming pool with sunbeds, jacuzzi, separate toilet, terrace with seating set, a barbecue and two parking places. Holiday house for 6-7 persons with a total living area of ​​160m2, equipped with modern furniture on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with access to a covered terrace and garden, one double bedroom with a shower/toilet and a bedroom with separate beds and its own shower/toilet. In the upper part of the house there is a spacious double bedroom with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and greenery, a bathroom with a shower/toilet. Thanks to its location, this modern villa is an excellent choice for a holiday in the countryside, yet an easy 15-minute drive from the beach. Youth groups are not permitted.
