*New from 2025 - Heatde pool in periods April, May and from 15.9. Villa with outside swimming pool and garden located in a quiet village close to Rovinj. Modern arranged villa with 4 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dinning room is one room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and in the basement there is a gym and games like billiard tabel. Great outside 60m2 terrace and balcony, with a nice view on green. Private parking and children playground outside. 4 Bicycles included for free. Pet friendly. Smoking is allowed only outside. Seccond baby cot is available on request for free.
