The villa for rent is located on island Krk, on a plot of 16.000 m2 and guarantees absolute privacy and tranquility. There are no neighbors. The path to the villa is well maintained gravel road (no asphalt), 3 kilometres long. To the villa is a newly established macadam path surrounded by olive trees, which is why he earned the title "olive trail".
Villa has 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, 2 bathrooms and outdoor shower. One guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The villa offers accommodation for a total of 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with modern furniture and has a stove, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine. The house has its own electricity supply via sun collectors. The living room opens a large terrace with sofas and barbecue, and an infinity pool that offers a magnificent view, where you will surely enjoy in your free time.
Sometimes you can enjoy the view of the dolphins swimming in front of the villa. Next to the house are stairs leading directly to the sea.
