Villa Nordica, located in Dramalj, Crikvenica, is a semi-detached house on a large plot with a courtyard, terrace with garden furniture, and free, private parking for one car per apartment (up to two cars by previous agreement). The outdoor area is video monitored. The terrain is steep and there is a beautiful view of the sea from the 3-room apartment. Villa Nordica has a 3-bedroom apartment and a 1-bedroom apartment. The 3-bedroom apartment of approx. 100 m2 makes up the first and second floor and has its own separate entrance. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a hallway, three bedrooms; two of these with access to a balcony, and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Stairs lead up to the second floor where there is an air-conditioned living room with an equipped kitchen and a spacious, furnished terrace with a beautiful sea view. The 1-bedroom apartment of approx. 50 m2 makes up the ground floor and also has its own separate entrance. The apartment consists of an air-conditioned living room with an equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite. There is a shady terrasse in front of the living room with a glance to the sea. The spacious patio is fully equipped with outdoor furniture and a parasol that gives protection from the sun.

Dramalj is a small tourist town next door to Crikvenica. Just below Villa Nordica (350 m) is the small and very charming local beach Plaza Pazdehova. Another recommended beach is the city beach of Crikvenica, where there is entertainment, water sports and restaurants. You will find the finest sandy beach on the very beautiful beach Plaza Poli Mora in Selce. Are you a nature lover? Below Villa Nordica you can hit the promenade that stretches from the Kacjak Peninsula and along the entire Crikvenica Riviera. If you want to hike or bike in the mountains, various trails start in Crikvenica. If you want to go out, Crikvenica offers restaurants, shopping, nightlife and boat trips. Wine tasting in Novi Vinodolski is also popular. Plitvice Lakes National Park is within a 1,5-hour drive of Dramalj. To see more of the Kvarner region, the island of Krk, the capital Zagreb, historic Pula or even Venice are within easy reach. Did you know this?
