It is 26 km from Zadar, while the nearest town of Nin is 15 km away. Since 1976, Vir has been connected to the mainland by a harbor bridge, making Vir an integral part of the mainland. This is a place where every year many tourists want to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation during the day, while in the evening they can enjoy themselves in the nearby cafes and clubs. Villa Olea Vir was built in 2021 in a modern architectural style and offers guests 240 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 4000 m2. It is only 400 meters away from the bright and clean sea, which provides a great opportunity for pleasant refreshment and swimming in the sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, optimally 6 people. Upstairs you are comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with two double beds (160x200) and two single beds (90x200).
