A cozy jacuzzi has a special place in the garden, under a gazebo overlooking the vineyard, perfect for a glass of wine in the warm summer evenings. The use of jacuzzi is optional and costs 150 euro a week. The 4 bedrooms are newly furnished, air conditioned, throughfully decorated, with a TV and a bathroom in every room. Each room has a view of the beautiful green nature, which gives relaxation to your body.

The villa is located in the village of Kalndrići in the heart of Istria, 10 km from Žminj and Pazin. The nearest market is 2 km away and supermarkets are 10 km away. In Žminj and Pazin you will find all the essentials for your pleasant stay in Istria. In half an hour or more you can visit all the towns and beaches on the Istrian coast. Villa Sandi is a good starting point to visit beautiful beaches, explore Istria, visit wine roads, olive groves and medieval towns. Free and safe parking is ensured in front of the house, and a car is necessary for comfortably getting around.
