Villa Speranza is located between Valbandon and Stinjan, not far from the city of Pula. It is located 2 km from the first beach Hidrobaza and 9.4 from the airport Pula. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds. Each room has its own private bathroom and air conditioning. Guests have at their disposal a living room and kitchen with all necessary facilities. Each room in the villa has the underfloor heating. Inside the fenced yard there is a private pool and a terrace with a dining table and a barbecue. Private fenced parking is included in the price.
