Villa Tai offers absolute privacy and intimacy in a beautiful new house in the middle of olive groves, which is located on the edge of a quiet village Puntera with 2000m2 of land, with lots of olive trees, figs, mandarins and various fruits. It offers a beautiful view of the town of Barban, Sutivanac, Prnjani and the mountain Učka, while on the other side of Puntera has a view of the valley of the river Raša and Raška Bay. Villa Tai is stylishly decorated with comfortable interior that contains everything you will need for a completely comfortable stay. The house consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has access to a covered terrace and a swimming pool. On the terrace there is a summer kitchen and a sitting set for 6 people, where guests can enjoy the hot summer days in the shade. In the spacious garden there is a swimming pool (32m2) with a gorgeous beach where you can enjoy on deck chairs or the shade of a lounge. Fans of barbecue, baking or wok, can try recipes in the fireplace and open kitchen with available water, electricity and dining set. In the garden are many facilities.

Hello dear guests, we have found this beautiful place in Istria many years ago and have fallen in love on the first sight. We decided to build our house and spend great family time in peace, nature and freedom. My husband, myself and our three boys (3, 6 and 10 years) enjoy our free time out of big city buzz and everyday stress we face in Zagreb. We like to travel around the globe, meet people, get exposed to different cultures and get back with additional layer of experience. This is the reason we decided to open our house to those who would like to experience Istria and Croatia in fully original and authentic way. Hope you will enjoy it!

The place is quiet, yet not far from everything you might need: the town of Barban (where you can find a pharmacy, bank, pizzeria, gas station, etc.) It is only 2 km away, from the nearest beach in the bay Blaz, and nearby Rakalj, Krnica, Duga uvala, Kavran, Pula ... This is an excellent starting point for many day trips to Istrian tourist attractions, such as the Brijuni National Park or medieval theme park Sant Michael Forget about everyday life and escape to another world, a world that lives nature. Visit restaurants in Barban, Krnica, Žminj, and enjoy local specialties. It is also recommended to visit the Adrenaline Park in Glavani and the Barba Tone riding school in Manjadvorci or a beautiful zip- line in Pazin.
