Villa Tara is comfortable and modernly furnished villa that will offer you an unforgettable vacation in Medulin. **** A maximum of 6 people can stay in the villa and you have 150 m2 of living space at your disposal, where you can enjoy peace and relaxation. **** Inside you will find three bedrooms with double-bed, 2 bathrooms + additional toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright open living room furnished with great taste with direct access to the villa´s terrace and pool outside. **** The refreshing 32m2 private pool is the centerpiece of the villa and is where you will probably spend most of your holiday. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with 6 sun loungers and covered seating. **** Another highlight is a terrace with grill area where you can prepare delicious local specialties with your loved ones. **** On disposal, guest also have: Air-Condition (In hallway and living room) WiFi, Iron, Beddings / Towels, Smart TV / Sat and three parking spots. **** The bedrooms are not air-conditioned. **** Book Villa Tara and spend a dream vacation with your family and friends in sunny Medulin. **** NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 300,00 EUR (only cash) must be left on arrival day and will be returned on the departure day in case everything is in order. **** IMPORTANT: Possible construction work nearby ****
