From the moment you arrive, you are in Istrian Toscana. Picturesque hills, stone houses built in typical Istrian style, olive groves and vineyards surround this beautiful area and await you to spend your holidays enjoying the untouched nature of Istria. The inspiration for the Villa Terra Motovun design came from a traditional cottage house; connecting solid construction from the outside and wooden construction on the inside. Upon entering the house, a symbiosis between rough concrete and warm wood gives you perfect serenity no matter the season. Each of the 4 bedrooms features an en suite and is situated on the first and the second floor offering a unique view over the dreamy town of Motovun. Coming down from the first floor to the ground floor the dining area, spacious living room, and post-industrial styled kitchen are displayed. The ground floor features 15 meters glass window that gives you an outdoor feeling with an exquisite panoramic view over the world-famous Forest of Motovun which holds a secret of Istrian white truffle. Glass window is easily opened and leads you to a 20-meter pool which you can dive in and have a proper good morning swim. The extension of the pool holds a commodious sunbathing area that lets you relish in the outstanding scenery in front of you. Villa also includes an outdoor kitchen and dining area which is perfect for enjoying a meal with your friends and family. Moreover, in Villa Terra Motovun the hot tube and sauna are included for your maximal relaxation and pleasure. Whether you choose to spend your time basking in the sun whilst relaxing on the sun loungers or enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool, you will always enjoy privacy in this Istrian paradise.
