This spacious and luminous villa of 315m2 of living space and 200m2 of garden with swimming pool area, has been fully renovated in May 2018 with the intention to create a family haven with a touch of luxury. Flooring in communal areas is made from Carrara marble, high quality parquet in the bedrooms and cool tiles in the kitchen and dining area.
At Villa Zupan we know that holidays are long anticipated and sacred time for everyone, especially for a family. That is why we will do our best to guarantee your privacy and peace and it will be our pleasure to give you local tips on where to eat, select the best of Croatian wine offer and simply enjoy the city and its surroundings.
The house is in a fantastic location, situated in Borik, the lively part of the city, walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, public transportation, and many sport activities like tennis and water sports.
City center may be reached with the public transportation in 10 minutes or with a 30-minute brisk but enjoyable walk by the seashore. It is also a perfect location for daily trips to nearby villages with easy access to local road and the highway taking you to north and south of Dalmatia.
