Apartments are located in a private house with a sea view, in a quiet location 200 m from the beach. Each apartment has its own entrance, a balcony or terrace, and a parking spot - free of charge. The apartment provides guests with a patio, garden views, a seating area, a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. There is also a fridge, stovetop, and kettle. The owner has also „Olive Tree -Casual & Fine Dining“ restaurant, located at Kamena 46 – in the“ Villa Andrea Hotel“, Tučepi and offers to their guests a10% of discount and also guests can book breakfast in „Olive Tree -Casual Dining“ with the additional cost! A car rental service is available at the accommodation. The nearest airport is in Split, 102 km from „Apartments Viola „ which offers a shuttle service to/from Split Airport, 102 km away, which be arranged at an additional cost.

Today we are the owners of Apartments Viola and the restaurant Olive Tree - Casual Daning in Tučepi.
Tucepi is a small place located on the Makarska Riviera and is known for the longest beach (3km) with a beautiful promenade in the pine alley. They are first mentioned in the "Kreševo Charter" in 1434. The document is written in Croatian and Bosnian. Don't miss sightseeing in Tučepi and its surroundings, such as the Church of Our Lady of the Nativity (built-in 1703), the Church of Sv. Roka (built-in 1730), Church of St. Ante Padovanski (built-in 1898), Foundations of the Church of St. Vid, Kula Šarića, Kula Bušelića, Kula Lalića, and numerous baroque summer houses. In Tucepi there is a marina for fishing and tourist boats and yachts. During the summer in Tučepi, festivities are organized where you can enjoy food, drinks, and pleasant music at night. For those who want to have fun until the early morning hours, there is Makarska which is only 5 km away. Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast and is known for its rich tourist offer.
