Welcome to WellBe, a newly opened guest accommodation since the summer of 2025, located in the peaceful and pleasant surroundings of Demerje – a Zagreb suburb that combines the beauty of nature with the convenience of city life.
ROOMS - We offer modernly furnished rooms, each equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a comfortable double bed that can be separated into two single beds if preferred. This way, we ensure maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay.
SPA CORRNER - For those looking to truly relax and unwind, we warmly invite you to use our spa center, which includes a sauna and a hydromassage hot tub. This relaxing wellness experience is available to all our guests at an additional charge.
BREAKFAST & MEALS -Next to our property, you’ll find Restaurant Cinkuš, well known for its rich gastronomic offer. We highly recommend visiting, and for WellBe guests who wish to start their day with a delicious meal, breakfast can be arranged there.
MOTORCYCLIST WELCOME - We extend a special welcome to motorcyclists, for whom we have secured a covered parking space, under video surveillance, to keep their bikes safe and protected.
