This recently renovated fully air conditioned 3 bedroom ocean view apartment is located in the beautiful village of Preko, a hidden gem of the Adriatic. The property is a short walk away from numerous beaches, restaurants and bars which make Preko such a majestic village to vacation in and only 500 meters from the Ferry Terminal, which runs to the beautiful city of Zadar (Gazenica port), running hourly in just 20 minutes- see Zadar/Preko Jadrolinija ferry timetable for details. Additional passanger-vessel connects Preko with center old city of Zadar about 12 times a day. Full kitchen, living room, 2 ocean view balconies, 3 queen bedrooms and one bathroom in 1,300 square feet, a truly wonderful family apartment. Max occupancy is 6 people. Other apartment amenities include free Wi-Fi, large (55inches) flat screen TV, satellite tv access, Netflix and Disney, AC in every room, washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, coffee machine, full kitchen, games, BBQ, free gated and enclosed garage parking for 1 car, garden with fruits and veg, out door shower (for after swimming) and so much more.
Owner, a kind old school gentleman will do his best to make your stay in this appartment pleasant, comfortable and unforgettable. Additionally you can use for small fee stand-up paddle and sandoline-boat. Owner speaks Croatian, English and German
The island of Ugljan and Pasman are known for countless cycling paths that can take you to approximately twenty island villages and at least as many beautiful beaches on both islands. In the hills above Preko, the Mihovil fortress is worth a visit, with stunning sunsets overlooking the islands behind Otok Ugljan. The airport is only about 6 km away from the Zadar ferry terminal.
