Nestled in the enchanting landscape of Istria, a holiday home built in 2010 awaits you, perfectly suited for multi-family vacations or group travels. Distinguished by its spacious layout, this house offers optimal comfort for a relaxed holiday experience. A noteworthy feature is the disability-friendly bedroom equipped with a fully electric hospital bed and an adjoining bathroom, ensuring barrier-free access, leaving no desires unmet. Overall, the thoughtful furnishings and carefully considered amenities contribute to a carefree stay. Inside the house, its spaciousness is highlighted by its distribution across two floors. The ground floor includes, among other things, four bedrooms, one of which is specially equipped for wheelchair users. This considerate design continues on the first floor, where there are six additional double rooms, plus an extra single room, all with private bathrooms, ensuring the well-being of guests. The atmosphere within these walls invites guests to linger and enjoy, with special attention paid to the needs of every individual. The outdoor area completes the holiday experience with a 36 sqm swimming pool, welcoming refreshment from the beginning of May until the end of October. An outdoor shower, a comprehensive cooling unit on the terrace, and an inviting stone grill in the garden enable enjoyable evenings under the open sky. The offering is rounded off with ample parking space for up to ten vehicles and an optimal location as a starting point for excursions to the attractions of Istria. Family farms in the immediate vicinity offer authentic local dishes, completing the cultural immersion into the region of Istria.
