Built at the end of the 19th century, our house can be found in the very heart of the old town. Festetics Palace is a five-minute walk from us, you can reach the lake shore and the beach in 15-20 minutes on foot. We are a young family with a little child and a puppy living upstairs, we can offer two separate flats for rent downstairs and a duplex studio with a balcony and AC upstairs, there is a quiet rose garden to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. To make your stay more refreshing, you will find a coffee machine and coffee capsules in your kitchen or room. Streaming service and free wifi are available in all of the flats. Free public parking is available 300 metres from our house, but you can find public parking places in front of the building, as well. We can provide you with breakfast coupons for a discount at a nearby café.

Atelier is not only a guesthouse, but an art studio, as well. Zsolt is an artist and photographer, his workroom and gallery is in our attic, you can visit it by appointment. Szabina greets the guests and keeps in contact with them. She is absolutely fluent in English, but can also make herself understood in German.
