The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and a balcony. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The private kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. Our free services include Gigabit-speed Wi-Fi, and modern flat-screen smart TVs with Netflix and HBO Max subscriptions. New features introduced in October 2024: For the maximum comfort of our guests, we replaced the double bed mattress with a new, thicker, premium-quality coconut mattress. We also upgraded the coffee machine to a new Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, and we provide coffee capsules so our guests can enjoy a true café experience, whether it's a layered, frothy Latte Macchiato or a smooth and fruity Espresso.

The Kanizsa Arena, the largest event hall in the area, is only a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment. A new playground, which can be useful for families with children, has also opened nearby. The Kanizsa Centrum shopping mall is also just a few minutes away from the accommodation, right next to the Kanizsa Arena. Other attractions include the Csónakázó Lake, which can be reached by car in a few minutes and also offers a pleasant walk. The Zalakaros Thermal and Wellness Bath, popular throughout Europe, is only 15 km from the accommodation.
