“Und hat es gefallen, dass es ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage ist . Der Vermieter wohnt zwar mit im Haus, es gibt aber einen separaten Eingang zur Wohnung. Außerdem war der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.”
