My name is György Győri (in English: George), a 53-year-old finance professional. My spouse, two children, and I lived in this peaceful, quiet apartment. Unfortunately, as we outgrew it, we had to move. However, it became so dear to our hearts that we decided to keep it and offer it for rent. Welcome to our charming ground floor apartment, boasting a spacious 84 m² layout that includes 2 bedrooms and a living room, perfect for your stay. Guests will have access to 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for enjoying meals together. Additionally, the convenience of a private garage beneath the apartment means your beloved vehicle will be safely housed. From both the kitchen and living room, you can step out onto a terrace, leading into the garden for a serene retreat.

This ground floor apartment is located on the Buda side of Budapest, in the northern part of the Római part, nestled directly on the banks of the Danube. A short 50-meter walk through the back gate takes you directly to the river's edge. The Aquaworld Adventure Bath, open all year round and located about a 10-minute drive away, welcomes our dear guests with open and indoor water slides, pools, wave pools, and saunas. Here, the whole family - from the little ones to the adults - can enrich their experience with great enjoyment. You can find an authentic beach atmosphere just a short 5-minute drive away at Lupa Beach. Sandy shores, water sports (wakeboarding, SUP, sailing), and numerous entertainment options await the whole family. From the end of June to the beginning of autumn, Pünkösdfürdő is open, offering refreshment for families with children during the hot summer months. In cooler weather, the warm waters of the Leányfalu beach are about a 20-minute drive away. For those who enjoy sports, a tennis court is available about 20 meters away.
